Abstract

Technologies innovation has transformed transactions in all Business practices, including the small independent Food Retail Business. The challenges encountered in the Business practices today, is the adoption of world class technologies to unify business practices, and enhanced, improve transactions with small independent food retail customers relationship. It is believed that the independent Food retail business is directly concerned with human survival activities. Therefore, it is the authors opinion that, Point of sales (POS), Automated payment terminal, Certified billing system, Telephone and Mobile phone be adopted to enhance safe customers transaction with small Independent food retails, hence this machines has been examined positive in unifying business practices
